Duskwood Fell began with a feeling more than a plan — the particular hush of an old house on a grey afternoon, where the light comes slow through a sash window and everything in the room looks as though it has been there for a hundred quiet years.
This is a place for people who are drawn to that feeling. To dark, lived-in rooms. To limewashed walls gone soft with age, worn flagstone underfoot, cast iron and aged brass, heavy linen the colour of a winter sky. To homes that feel gathered rather than decorated — shaped by time, weather, and the slow accumulation of small, beloved things.
I make and collect imagery that captures this mood: moody heritage interiors, English-country corners, the kind of dark cottagecore that feels less like a trend and more like a memory of somewhere you've never quite been.
